I'm the author. I mean that when clicking a key on Piano Roll, it's not marked which key it is. My proposal is to mark the clicked key/note, but not only on the key (left) itself, but also all the way to right side. This way, when clicking a key to find out the wanted sound makes it easier to know exactly where you have to put the note.
Otherwise, one must follow the key starting from left.
